To start a return, simply email us at support@vornclean.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll provide a return label and process your refund as soon as the item is on its way back to us.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in reasonable condition. We understand you'll have used it — that's the whole point of the guarantee.

If your Vorn develops a fault due to manufacturing or materials within 2 years, we'll replace it at no cost to you. No lengthy claims process. No back and forth. Just a replacement sent to your door.

To make a warranty claim, email support@vornclean.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within a few hours.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
